Commercial  Food Plan Pest Management

Food PlantBecause of our extensive experience, Dixon Exterminating understands the special pest management needs of food plant operators. Our approach to food plant pest management is summed up as “trust and verify.” We strive always to earn your trust and provide you with complete documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

Your Integrated Pest Management plan (IPM) will be structured to meet all current USDA and FDA requirements. Our commercial technicians have had American Institute of Baking (AIB) training and receive ongoing training with Mike Holcomb, consultant and entomologist of Technical Directions, Inc.

Verification for your regulatory inspections comes in the form of the U-Trap-It bar coding system, a state of the art structural pest control system with digital record keeping, floor plans, reporting, and graphing.

As a Commercial Food Plant customer you can expect:

  • Prompt, courteous service with feedback on your facility. (Communication between both parties is key.)
  • All of your devices (e.g.; tin cats and bait stations) will be numbered and bar-coded for worry-free inspection verification.
  • The logbook will have all of the necessary documentation.
