Residential Services
We
offer the following Residential Service options:
All three plans
are based on Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques. And,
in any of the plans, if problems arise between scheduled
services; we will come back free of charge for pests covered in
our service agreement.
The three plans
are described here:
Quarterly Pest Management (4 visits per year)
After inspecting your home and communicating with you about any
detected pest problems, we implement the appropriate pest
control treatments in the specific problem areas. This is the
company’s premier plan and is designed to stop pests for 90 days
at the exterior of the home. As with all our plans, with the
customer’s help, the effectiveness of the treatments is
constantly monitored and fine-tuned as necessary.
Monthly
(12 visits per year)
For
homes with problem infestations, ongoing service is the best way
to insure positive results. Our professionals target harborages
for maximum exposures to pests and minimum exposure to occupants
of the home. This plan is mainly interior service and is
designed to stop pests inside your home for 30 days.
Bi-Monthly
(60-day) Pest Management (6 visits per year)
This plan combines portions of quarterly and monthly plans to
work effectively for 60 days. |
