Why Dixon Uses Termidor
When our company’s longtime termite control product was taken
off the market more than 15 years ago, we were forced to choose
another.
Unfortunately, the new product proved to be ineffective.
Previously rare termite retreatments
increased and our customer satisfaction declined. As a result,
we made the decision to let our competitors handle termite
problems and Dixon would concentrate on controlling other
general pests like ants, roaches, etc.
The decision was about more than money. Our reputation has been
built over the years by doing the job correctly the first time.
The large majority of our customers are also our friends and
there is a trust to be maintained.
Our belief then and now is that a Dixon service agreement should
be more than just a voucher for a free pretreatment or repair of
your home.
About seven years ago, we were starting to hear about Termidor’s
unprecedented performance. We did our research and decided to
get back into the termite damage protection business. We chose
Termidor purposely and its performance has been amazing. We
honestly didn’t think we would ever have a product that worked
this well available to us again. A Dixon service agreement is
our pledge that the termite treatment process will be performed
correctly by trained technicians with a premium product (Termidor)
and every effort will be made to ensure we inspect your home on
an annual basis.
